Hey..Finally finished reading "Relationship Breakdown Philly Style" It was oh sooooo GOOD! It inspired me, enlightened my eyes, and gave me insight and wisdom from both male/female point of views.Yes needed that...Sometimes we need it broke down and that's exactly what you did!! Thanks for being a blessing, off to your next book:) God Bless!!
I really enjoyed the book. It was such an easy book to read and the whole time I felt like you was telling the story. You write how you talk...creative writing at its finest LOL. It takes a lot for a man to set his pride aside and disclose what everyone is scared to admit and fess up to. You showed ur readers how far you grew as a person because of your relationships and the choices you made withi...n then. It was deep and I really respect you for that. Your book also made me analyze my marriage in a way. It's not bad or anything but I can honestly say that it's a lapse in our foundation. We were rooted with friendship and we had a had a pretty good bond before the spark was ignited but I know that if our marriage was rooted more with God it would be great rather than good. It brings me to tears just thinking about it and I just shed a few writing this message. I also love love love love your love story. You two are truly a match made in heaven and a blessing unto each other. I cried reading about it. Yes I'm a little emotional. Overall it was an eye opener and I can understand some dos and don'ts and what it take to make it work. You did a great job and I want to read the others. Don't judge me

Okay Philly, where is the other book? Realationship Breakdown Philly Style? I love the book and so far I'm loving your fiance book as well. Excellent books. You two should give seminars or couple retreats on relationships. These two books are about to become essential tools in my next relationship. Positive and good things about to blow for you two. Soooo I read Author Philly Winston Weeden and.......... It was alright.. I mean dang... smh lol It ws great!! I think I read it in like 2 hrs lol.. Cldnt put it down..I I laughed almost cried<ok ok I did cry a lil.. Dnt judge me> And When Ms Brandi was telling her story I ws tryna hold back more tears.. Beautiful.. God bless to yall. I can not believe you went through all of this and you have the most amazing smile and attitude about life and love! Man you give me so much hope because you been through it ALL at such a young age but yet you act and look as though you dont have a care in the world! I have highted many pages and wrote in some. My God has really blessed you on this project! I loved every bit of reading, it felt like a conversation and not like I was reading about your life but like you was right here talking to me over some dinner or something. You brought a lot of things forefront and to light. You touched and went in on a lot of things men especially your age ignore! I mean the language that it is written in is so relative to todays world and society! I am so glad I had your book this weekend because it was a grat read under my blanket. I dont even think I cooked dinner tht night! I know for a fact, I still had my work clothes on! lol.. but I will say something bad about this book, you ready? okay, its not long enough!!! make it in the thousands of pages next time! Ok Author Philly I just read the persons post on your wall and it provoked me to say something to you, Im not one to speak or comment but the way you post as anonymous is cool with me. But she said some heartfelt things about you. And you should be very proud of the things God does for you and allows you to do. I sat back and watched all you interviews and read your posts and my brother you have i......t going on. You present yourself with such manhood that when you walk into a room you command attention, you are a humble guy and I love your positive influence on the younger generation by speaking at the schools. You dont know it but God is preparing you for something bigger. Just think about it. you went from a smaller spotlight interview to now having one almost everyday and its such a blessing to see this unfold. He is enlarging your territory Author Philly stay humble and real and watch what He do to you!!!

I'm older than you and you teaching me about relationships. God has really bless you with a wonderful gift and I'm glad he gave you the idea to write these books. These books are amazing to me. I'm straight up tripping on this ...book i got yesterday.keep writing these books. I think you too should consider give some couple retreat classes to people to enhance their relationships and marriages. These are the perfect books especially coming from a young black brother and sister. These type organizations need to circulate in our communities, so it wont be so many breakups and divorces etc. You two definitely doing it

I AM DONE READING this Awesome book, I felt so rewarded when I was done, something woke up...1st I wanna say you did an outstanding job Breaking it down, its easy 2 relate 2 & a very easy read, hard 2 put down but a "Woman" had 2 work 2. Lol. Each chapter touched me in more ways then one, I grew up understanding men wasn't big on communicating how they feel, some just dont k...now how ,soome dont care to out of fear how the may perceived , either way there is always away 2 breakthough. I think I have exsperience every circumstance that you wrote about, from being married to being single, from living a lie knowing it was going nowhere to the deep depressions of a break~up even the counseling to get me back to being me. It took me a while but I had to learn who I was & what I needed. I now stand in a place where I know what I want, I know what Im willing 2 deal with & what I wont accept at all. Your book just gave me comfirmation on all of these things. I must say you had me thinking, laughing, touched, & crying and and most of all, I came out believeing in Love even more, I love hard, strong &unconditional but every1 is not worthy of all of my Love so I wait. I WAIT on God to send me my prince & I know when Im ready & when he is ready God will link us togther. What toucched me most in a diffrent way was what Brandi wrote. How she spoke of her love for you, how you met up & how you all just let God move it was inspirational & Tears fell to the pages. I blessed to have read "The Realationship Breakdown Philly Style" & I am going to encourage everyone I know who has had heartache, pain , Break~ups, & even love to step out on faith & pick up a copy... I was taking notes left and right...got stuff highlighted and underlined...you would of though I was studying for something. I ABSOLUTELY ♥ 'd how Brandi went in and layed it all out in her section. I loved her dream world, but is no longer a dream now that she is with you...I was like awwwwwww-teardrop! There were some great quotes in there too (I love a nice quote/phrase/mantra, etc.). The Q & A was perfect. The personal pictures really helped the storyline...visual readers like me like that. Most importantly I love how you kept it REAL....readers need that uncut raw realness in order to conenct with the author. Thank you! I can respect you for that. #nojudgementzone. I love a good testimony and boy you sure have one...but I can appreciate it....I love to hear about what people have gone through and how they are today. Interesting read! Can't wait for book 2! Hey my new found fam I just wanted to tell you I finally got my book and read it in an hour great great work it just confirms things I always said to people and my mates in life I swear its like your my twin just from another mother lol and Brandi reminds me so much of me I just love her and don't even know her I too believe in being everything in every way to my man but it always was with the wro...ng one just broke up with mine 2 days ago and even thou it hurt so much rt. now I know my worth and deserves someone to give me the same and God will send him in due time I am thankful for you guys showing there is proof God does reward the good with a good when being thru enuff wrong and even thou I never meet yall personally I thank you for all your confirmation and inspiration and will pray that God help keep this bond of yours strong and keep going strong thru all life's journey good ,bad ups and down
Philly your book is amazing, but what is crazy is that cheating was involved in my relationship when I was younger. You know the man had started the cheating and once I found out he was cheating I started cheating, but the good thing about our relationship is that we could conversate about the situation after awhile. We had our ups and down but we made it through, and I made the decisions to stay with him. We both got God in our life and we have been married for 9yrs and have 2 beautiful children. Your book is definitely based on real life experiences and will be a eye opener for many.
WOW!! Philly I know this may seem odd but after you brought me my book for one I was star struck (sorry) then I sat down and to read your book and realized right then and there that you are a star and dont even know it. I should be seeing your name every where watch! your book is so amazing! it opened my eyes to a lot of the things I tried to hide from but you made me see them a different way, tha......nk you! I was done reading your book in an hour I just couldnt stop turning the pages, you are good and I see you doing more than just writing. Philipe, I LOVED your book, I cried, laugh and felt happy all through this book! You can tell you are a man that has grown from chapter to chapter I mean it was like a sitcom or something, from one chapter to the next it flowed and kept my interest. I got to ch. 8 in one day and I had to stop because however long it took me to read the first 7 chapters my life flashed before me yes I cried because rite now real talk I am at the point of getting to know myself and loving myself. I often wonder if I am the right path but when I dropped down on my knees it makes sense tonite. It was meant for me to read this book Tonite becuz God knew I was ready to hear the truth and understand why I was havin all these feelings. Philipe, I love love LOVE your book! Its so inspiring to know the man you have become. Men can learn from you in so many ways! I cried in almost all the chapters because I was just imagining a man going through what you have been through but you still continued to push for the betterment of man. I absolutely LOVED this book from the beginning to the end, This young man has definitely fouund his purpose in life and learned from his mishaps through failure and disappointments. Then I saw her today and she pulled me aside and said you messed up my day I said how? she said I bought your book friday morning off amazon and was reading it when i was in the office. --ok I JUST started reading due to me just finishing up my prior book: DEAD-MAN'S-CURVE by: Tavorris Robinson which was great might I add. Glad you two are now FBF. I am on Ch. 4 and it caught my attention from the FOREWORD .... on. My book has stuff underlined and highlighted like it's a textbook or something. You are touching on stuff that I haven't personally heard a man do- which is *apologizing to the females in your past who you've hurt- grown man ish. Alright...more feedback to come.
